Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

We are happy to announce that the price of this product has been lowered. By increasing the import volume, we were able to reduce the import costs, and are passing on the savings to our customers.

Grass-fed and grass-finished top-quality beef tail cuts from Australia. 100% pasture-raised free-range without growth hormones or antibiotics. These are joint-cut portions of the whole oxtail. Beef tails (also referred to as oxtails) are highly rich in flavor and loaded with connective tissues that dissolve into gelatin giving any soup a rich and thick texture. Use oxtail for braising or soup making and taste the difference and quality that will impress you and your family. One pack weighs at least 500g and comes packed with various sized tail cuts.

Because there is only one tail ber cow, tails of beef are difficult to source in larger quantities from one farm only. We import these tail cuts directly from Australia and our beef tails are a collection of our brands from Australian grass-fed, free-range beef. Mostly from Southern Australia and Tasmania. We guarantee that all cattle are grass-fed, pasture-raised, and have never been given growth hormones or antibiotics.

Oh my! These are so delicious! It’s my first time preparing these. I used a pressure cooker , still need to experiment but it was so delicious I ate 5 pieces at once and still wanted more! I wish they were bigger because I simply couldn’t have enough!

For bone broth fasting

I’m doing intermittent fasting and ketogenic diet. This oxtail made a great batch of bone broth! I lose weight easily without feeling hunger and getting all the minerals I needed. I also feel extra safe, knowing I’m getting the best nutrients from a grass-feed bone like this.
