Thank you very much for your support. Every product page has a 'Leave a Review' section at the very bottom. Please feel free to leave an honest review. All reviews are anonymous and don't require an account. Once submitted your review will show up immediately and be public for everyone to see. Please do not include personal information.

Are your products Halal or Kosher certified?
We do not specifically carry or import halal or kosher products. Some items are labeled as kosher or halal by default from the country of origin.

Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

Bringing you a concept that is gaining big momentum amongst the (healthy) conscious carnivores out there: nutrient-dense ground meat that includes organ meat. In this case, 30% pork hearts, and 70% of clean and pure pork leg. But why? Organs are extremely nutrient and vitamin dense - we all know that - but just a tiny fraction of us dare to actively eat organ meat due to misconceptions, unawareness, or simply because we don't like the taste or the thought of it. So we "hide" the organ meat for you! You and your kids won't likely notice it. But just 30% is enough to cover a lot of the daily required nutritional intake. One pack is 300g (10.6oz.) sized. Taken straight out of the freezer and placed in cold water it can be defrosted in less than 45 minutes. Use in your favorite recipes just as you would with regular ground pork.

To give you more insight: This concept is also known as a primal blend because it goes back to the way our ancestors ate. Most of the meat that we consume nowadays is muscle meat. The folks that follow the paleo diet (a diet based on the types of foods presumed to have been eaten by early humans excluding dairy or cereal products and processed food) keep stressing out that if we want to eat like our early ancestors, we need to eat "nose to tail" as they did back then - that means making use of the whole animal. Our ancestors didn't just eat the chicken breasts and the filet steaks, their diet included skin, cartilage, bone marrow, organ meats, tendons, and fattier meat cuts. Our primal blend ground is just that, a nutrient-dense blend that includes organs enough to give you and your family a wide array of vitamins and minerals without compromising the familiar taste of meat.

100% real free-range and naturally raised pork from Hokkaido, Japan, probably the only place in Japan that has space for free-roaming animals. Happy as a pig in mud. Bathing in the nearby river during summer and playing around on the snowfields in winter - that's the happy life of the pigs on the family-owned El Paso Ranch in Hokkaido that are raised completely free-range in the Tokachi area. And when we say free range we mean the real deal free-range. Spring, summer, autumn, and winter - 24 hours, all year free-roaming on 30 hectares (75 acres) of land. Read more about the farm below.

Free-range pork, in this case, pastured pork tastes different because it is different! The pigs are able to exercise freely and build natural muscles without the aid of growth promoters. They get to wander and forage with the herd and interact and do not suffer the same stress as intensively farmed pigs. Raising pigs free-range on open pastures is an extremely cost-intensive operation that makes free-range pork more expensive compared to conventional pork products. Give it a try and taste the difference!

Bathing in the nearby river during summer and playing around on the snowfields in winter - that's the happy life of the pigs on the family-owned El Paso Ranch in Hokkaido that are raised completely free-range in the Tokachi area. And when we say free range we mean the real deal free-range. Spring, summer, autumn and winter - 24 hours, all year free-roaming on 30 hectares (75 acres) of land. The pigs are a slow and naturally grown British Camborough breed. They are fed a large variety of feed mixes that contain all kinds of grains, corn, soybeans, and other vegetables and farm produce (pigs can’t survive only on grass, so there won't be grass-fed pork any time soon). Newborn stay in a shelter together with their mother until they learn how to take care of themselves. No tail clipping of piglets, no gestation crates for sows. No factory farming. They receive all the respect, love and care. See for yourself, all images and videos are real.

Delicios, full of nutrition

I use this to make meatballs, or hamburguers. It is super delicious and since it has inner organ meat, it add to its nutritional value. I try to always have them on stock in my freezer.

Delicious and nutritious

I purchased this mince to increase organ meat into my daughter’s diet and she is a bit of a hestitant eater.

We made many of our family’s regular favourites like meat balls and they were delicious and bolagnaise and it was a success. Will be buying again!

Not gamey at all!

I know I should include more organ meats in my diet, and this product is a great way to do that. I was worried that the meat would taste strongly of the organ meats, but it does not. It has a deep, delicious flavour and works in any recipe where you would use ground pork.

Easy and delicious

Super easy preparation for my keto meals, all the work is done already and is in a bag, all I have to do is defrost and throw onto my fry pan. Very happy.
