Rest assured there is no difference in quality or size and all pigs are raised free-range all year through. The slices may have individual differences in size and fat content due to the meat being sourced naturally. 300g (10.5oz) of thinly sliced free-range pork loin slices. These slices have a rich pork flavor and are perfect for Japanese dishes like sukiyaki. The fat renders beautifully and creates extra juiciness.
