Happy as a pig in mud. Bathing in the nearby river during summer and playing around on the snowfields in winter - that's the happy life of the pigs on the family-owned El Paso Ranch in Hokkaido that are raised completely free-range in the Tokachi area. And when we say free range we mean the real deal free-range. Spring, summer, autumn and winter - 24 hours, all year free-roaming on 30 hectares (75 acres) of land. The pigs are a slow and naturally grown British Camborough breed. They are fed a large variety of feed mixes that contain all kinds of grains, corn, soybeans, and other vegetables and farm produce (pigs can’t survive only on grass, so there won't be grass-fed pork any time soon). Newborn stay in a shelter together with their mother until they learn how to take care of themselves. No tail clipping of piglets, no gestation crates for sows. No factory farming. They receive all the respect, love and care. See for yourself, all images and videos are real.

Pork Sausages Recipe Instructions

 All-Natural Skinless Sausage

Defrost the skinless sausages in the fridge overnight or in water for 30 minutes before you plan to cook them. They defrost relatively quick.

All-Natural Skinless Sausage

Our all-natural and sugar-free bacon goes perfectly well with our all-natural and sugar-free skinless sausages.

All-Natural Skinless Sausage

We have used two packs in the images, so a total of 8 skinless sausages. This easily feeds a family of four. Heat up the fry-pan to medium heat. There is no need to use additional oil as the sausages contain natural fat. Make sure you keep turning them. Cook slowly.

All-Natural Skinless Sausage

In the meanwhile, you can follow this recipe for fluffy scrambled eggs. Mix 4 raw eggs with half a cup of milk. Mix well. Season with sea salt and black pepper to your liking.

All-Natural Skinless Sausage

Place the milk and egg mix in a very hot nonstick fry-pan and keep stirring constantly.

All-Natural Skinless Sausage

Until eggs lose their shine and become solid. Turn off the heat or reduce to very low until the sausages are done.

All-Natural Skinless Sausage

Keep turning them so they are cooked on all sides. Again make sure the heat is set to low. We don't want to burn the sausages dry but we want to cook the sausages thoroughly.

All-Natural Skinless Sausage

Place eggs, skinless sausages, and bacon on the plate. Make sure to finish the skinless sausages last as they taste best when warm and juicy. Look at this 5-star breakfast menu made right at home. All-natural without nasties and without sugars, all made from ethically raised free-range pork.

All-Natural Skinless Sausage

Don't forget our all-natural and crispy bacon. Probably the first free-range pork and sugarfree, all-natural bacon in Japan.

All-Natural Skinless Sausage

Skinless sausages can be shaped into meatballs, sausage patties or can be scrambled together with the eggs. That's the reason they come skinless.

All-Natural Skinless Sausage

Make sure you enjoy the skinless sausages while still warm for the best experience.

Yummy breakfast sausage!

Delicious sausage to go with scrambled eggs and toast. Wasn’t too oily, perfect for breakfast!

Translated from Japanese: I made meatballs with tomato sauce and the soft herb aroma spread in my mouth and it was very delicious.

Delicious without sugar

Translated from Japanese: Even if I use good pork, there aren't many sugar-free sausages, and I haven't had a chance to eat sausages these days, but I bought this because it’s good pork without sugar! It was a delicious sausage with herbs working well that made me remember a taste of eating overseas.

Finally a nice breakfast sausage in Japan

Coming from the west one tends to do without when it comes to certain traditional foods. This is the best breakfast sausage I have tasted in years. The bonus is that you can make a perfectly sized patty out of two sausages for the perfect egg and sausage sandwich.

I will be ordering again!

They’re easy to eat because they’re skinless! The herbal scent is amazing!

Translated from Japanese: They’re naturally without skin, but these are soft and easy to eat. It has just the right amount of salt and you can smell the herbs well. At times when you don’t want to eat more than two sausages, if you just cut open the package, you can conveniently separate them in their frozen state.
Without oil, I slowly cooked them with their own oils and eggs. It was extremely delicious!
I want to stock up on them in my freezer.
I need to buy a bigger freezer!!!
