These beef tail cuts are now either from Poland or Austria. Both are from cattle raised on Europe's rich pastures. Please note that it's not possible to choose the farm.
Please note that due to ever-increasing production and import costs the price of this product has been raised. We thank you for your understanding.A pack of cuts from the beef tail. Each cut is about 2.5cm thick (1 inch) and ideal for making bone broth. Cooked long enough, the meat will turn rich gelatinous. The result is a distinctive beefy flavor.
The cattle are raised free-range by family farms on Europe's rich pastures. They're grass-fed their entire lives and if lush green grass is not available due to the season or weather - especially during the winter - the cattle are fed a mix of all-natural grains and vitamins - all free of pesticides, GMO, and nasties. The animals have never been given antibiotics or growth-promoting hormones. See more about the farmers below.

I love making a hearty South African oxtail stew, filled with potatoes, beans, and other vegetables. I haven’t been able to find good oxtail. All the oxtail I would get was 80% fat and 20% meat! So I would cut out all the fat and be left with bones! Not in this case! This is just as I like it, 80% meat and 20% fat. And the colour of the meat screams HEALTHY! This will be my go-to store for oxtail from now on! Thanks a million!
Repeat order for this oxtail. I made bone broth and it has great taste.
Can’t stop order ^^

Translated from Japanese: Bought this to make soup.
It turned out great! I’m glad I was able to buy it online because you can't find it in supermarkets.
Translated from Japanese: I made tail soup and it was very delicious♪
