1. Defrost. For best results defrost in the fridge. 2. Prepare. Lightly dust pastry sheet and work surface with flour before cutting. 3. Bake. Bake in a convection oven at 200 degrees C (220 degrees non-fan), for 10-15 minutes until risen, lower to 180 degrees (200 degrees for non-fan) and continue to bake until golden and crispy. |

This is a wonderful product to stash in your freezer for the next time you want to bake a pie or perhaps
make some puff pastries. It will thaw in the fridge in couple of hours and then you just pull it out and use it.
No messy mixing of flour or freezing of butter cubes. I have used it several times and it produced consistently
good crusts. It leaves you the time to focus on the important part: the filling.
I use this pastry to make chicken pies. It’s very easy and quick. The pastry has a delicious buttery flavour.would also be great for sweet pies. Repeat purchase.
