Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

This is one closely trimmed, whole skinless fillet of the finest Tasmanian salmon (Atlantic Salmon) with the bones removed. The whole fillet is very large in size - so you might need to cut the fillet into smaller portions and cook them individually. If you have a large grill or smoker, this magnificent piece might fit as a whole. This size of fillet easily feeds the whole family including the in-laws. The skin has been completely removed, so you have a clean piece of the finest filet only. Skinless fillets are recommended for cooking in the oven or for steam cooking by wrapping them in aluminum foil together with vegetables and olive oil. Our salmon is sashimi/sushi-grade which means you can serve and consume this filet raw.

Best salmon you can get

This is the best size and quality salmon we found in Japan in over a decade. We make it in the oven with a simple olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Zero fishy smell. Delicious meal that feeds the whole family. Kids love it too!

I have ordered it many times.
It’s a very tasty salmon with no smell at all.
They say that salmon is good for your health, but I was afraid to eat it because I heard that farmed salmon, which is eaten raw, is under poor conditions and a lot of antibiotics were used to grow them.
I found out about this shop from someone’s Instagram and ordered.
It was very large, so I halfway defrosted it and vacuum packed it in small portions.
I bought a vacuum packing machine solely to enjoy the taste of this product.
I highly recommend it.
Of course, my children and my husband are delighted with the taste, too.
The store is very courteous and thoughtful.
