Also known as the standing rib roast. This massive 4.5kg (10lbs) is enough for the whole family and your neighbors. Make sure you have an oven larger than 30 liters volume. 

Ribeye steaks are cut from this primal cut, basically this is the thickest ribeye steak you'll ever eat. Plan ahead and slow roast in the oven only. For an incredible and unforgettable family experience. 

We also offer the a smaller boneless rib roast.
