Morgan Ranch Whole Beef Tongue (800g)

Coming Soon! End of April.

Yep, the whole skinned tongue. Why on earth would someone eat that you might think. But once you give it a taste and understand its nutritional values you'll understand.

The beef tongue is very popular in the Japanese as well as in the Mexican cuisine. We recommend either dicing the beef tongues and slow cook for stew or to go yaki niku style on them and slice them into thin slices for a Japanese barbeque experience. In Japan, sliced beef tongues are an absolute must for Yakiniku or BBQs.

The Morgans control all stages of production themselves: rearing, calving, selection and classification, feeding, transport, supervision of harvesting and meat production, packaging, shipping and export to Japan. This way the Morgans make sure that their meat is always of the highest quality. Before export, the beef matures for 30 days and is then flash frozen to protect the aroma.
