One whole roast of the rump (referred to as sirloin in the US). The size is at least 3.7kg (that's 8.2 lbs.) of the finest New Zealand beef. The fat cap has been removed so this roast is very lean. This economical cut is rich in flavor and tender. Either slow-cooked or slow-roasted in the oven, the result is worth the wait. The roast of the rump is big but not massive you need at least a 30-liter volume oven which is available in Japan. Make sure you cook it for an extended period of time until the very center is reached. The only way to confirm the doneness is with a meat thermometer. A roast this size requires around 2-3 hours in the oven. The perfect roast for family gatherings or for festive holidays. Don't forget the gravy sauce.

Translated from Japanese: I purchased it to make roast beef. The meat was very tender and delicious with no odor. I definitely want to order it again!
Translated from Japanese: I’ve bought it many times.
○ Although the price has been raised recently, the cost-performance is still the best
○ I can’t taste the strong fat umami that is a characteristic of Wagyu beef, but it’s easier for the elderly to eat.
○ A major protein source for the elderly
○ I think it takes some getting used to preparing 3.5kg.
○ Our specialty is eating it as roast beef bowl
Translated from Japanese: It was my first order in a long time.
As usual, the meat was tender and very delicious.
For me, who likes a lot of fat, it was delicious as steak and in a stew with moderate fat.
Translated from Japanese: It has less fat.
Really the best! I definitely want to buy it again!
Translated from Japanese: There was no strange taste and it was very delicious.
The meat is soft and fluffy. I removed the excess fat, but the meat has a taste reminiscent of fat.
This is the one and only trustable place. On the contrary, the meat is limited to grass-fed!
It may not be suitable for those who don’t like that.
