Grass-Fed Grain-Finished Ribeye Slices New Zealand (300g)

Horizon Farms

A 300g (10.5oz.) pack of thinly sliced beef ribeye. We take the whole never-frozen Ocean Beef prime rib and slice it into 3mm (1/8") thin slices, This is the highest quality of beef slices available. Technically, these are ribeye steaks - but very thin. The ribeye brings the perfect balance between juiciness, flavor, and tenderness. Perfectly suited for that 5-star gourmet Philly cheesesteak sandwich.

Looking for delicious food.

Translated from Japanese: Delicious, safe and secure. It's all about this.

Translated from Japanese: I ordered here for the first time. I made sukiyaki. One of them was especially big and had a good taste. The meat was soft and delicious. I will order again.

Translated from Japanese: I like it because it's thick but soft, so I always stock it in the freezer.
You can cook it quickly with salt and pepper, boil it with radish, carrots and soup stock, or fry it with paprika, zucchini and tomatoes and finish it with chili powder.
I recommend it!

Translated from Japanese: It's very soft and can be eaten just by cooking it in a simple way. There’s richness and even one piece is voluminous. It’s delicious and very satisfying with only some salt and pepper.

It’s delicious!

Translated from Japanese: I ordered here for the first time.
I cooked the free-range kurobuta coarse ground pork that I bought as well first.
I also made hamburger steak.
It had no odor and was really delicious. (Sorry for this mundane review)
Next, I cooked these slices normally and seasoned them with sea salt and pepper.
They were also light and firm.
Thank you for making it possible to taste the real flavor of meat without having to worry about the quality.
