A 300g (10.5oz.) pack of thinly sliced grass-fed beef ribeye. We take the whole never-frozen prime rib and slice it into around 3mm to 5mm (1/8" - 3/16") thin slices, This is the highest quality of beef slices available. Technically, these are ribeye steaks - but very thin. The ribeye brings the perfect balance between juiciness, flavor, and tenderness. Perfectly suited for that 5-star gourmet Philly cheesesteak sandwich.
These slices are about 3-5mm thick, cut from the rib, but we also offer even thinner grass-fed beef slices about 2mm thick and cut from the chuck/rump. Click here to check out the thinner slices.
