Our new-comer, very hard to come by in Japan - but we've made it possible. 100% grass-fed pasture-raised beef from Australia - the land of grass-fed beef. This is not only 100% grass-fed beef, but this is also 100% free of antibiotics and 100% free of growth hormones and 100% free of GMOs - if you are looking for clean 100% grass-fed and 100% grass-finished beef - there is nothing better than this. Great Southern beef is produced in the southern areas of Australia, where year-round rainfall coupled with Australia’s beautiful sunshine, yield exceptional pastures for cattle to graze on.
This whole block of striploin weighs around 1kg (2.2lbs.) and is the ideal cut for juicy and meaty steaks with plenty of flavors. Not as tender as the filet but with a much deeper flavor. We recommend cutting the block into two one-pound steaks, and cook v-e-r-y slowly to medium-rare and serve sliced with sprinkles of sea salt. 1kg is enough for the whole family and can be easily shared when sliced. See the cooking instructions below.
Although we prefer and recommend beef from cows that have been grass-fed and then finished on natural grain feed for the superior quality, tenderness, and taste (see our Morgan Ranch Beef) - we understand that 100% grass-fed beef can be a preference for the health-conscious. So we bring you the very best quality available from Australia. 100% grass-fed beef has indeed higher concentrations of the following nutritions: antioxidants, vitamins, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and long-chain omega-3 fats mostly found in fish. It also has less fat overall.

Instructions & Cooking Tips
Completely defrost in the fridge. Remove from packaging and let it breathe for at least 15 minutes. The color will change to a vivid red.
We recommend cooking the striploin in the skilled or fry-pan. The best method is to cut the block into equally sized two thick striploin steaks. Trim excess fat to your preference.
100% grass-fed beef is very lean and you need to be careful not to overcook the striploin. For the best taste experience, we recommend medium-rare. Use salt-free butter and turn on the heat to low.
Turn often and make sure the steaks don't run dry. Add butter and reduce heat if required. Add vegetables at the end. Once the core temperature reaches 50°C (120°F) turn off the heat.
Move the steak to a cutting board. Let the steak rest for at least 5 minutes.
Thinly slice and serve while warm for the best taste experience. Don't forget the vegetables.
Sprinkle with sea salt flakes if needed. Striploin steaks are full of rich, deep flavor - there is no need for sauces or spices.
One block of striploin is enough for 3-6 people and can be easily shared. Enjoy
