Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

Very similar to the Tomahawk steak but with a shorter bone, the bone-in ribeye steak is also referred to as the cowboy steak - basically one slice from the prime rib. Each steak weighs about 750g (1.65lbs) and is cut thick. Grass-fed, so while it may be slightly on the leaner side, the flavor is absolutely exceptional. Amazing for special occasions. Due to the thick cut, we recommend searing on the fry-pan first, then finishing it off in the oven (180°C for ~30 minutes) until medium-rare. Finish with sea salt and freshly ground pepper for the best result.

The beef that we use comes from either New Zealand or Australia. We only source meat from farms that never treat their cattle with growth hormones or antibiotics. No GMOs or chemicals are used on the pastures where the cows graze. If you are looking for clean grass-fed and grass-finished beef with a high red meat to fat ratio this is your best choice. Excellent in taste and bite

Excellent in taste and bite: roasted gently on a grill pan for 5 minutes on each side followed by a 35 min baking in the oven at 160 degrees ended up in a delicious meat dinner for 3. Just re-purchased another grass-fed beef bone-in ribeye steak.
