100% Grass-Fed Beef Chuck Eye Steak from Australia (300g)
300g (10.6oz) of 100% grass-fed premium beef cut from the upper shoulder, also known as the chuck eye. This cut is on the lean side, perfect for those looking for meat with an intense beefy flavor and a slightly firm texture. We feel the chuck eye steak is best cooked on the grill, but its lean profile makes it a great candidate for pressure cooking. Cook to medium-rare and slice against the grain for an amazing experience. See the cooking instructions below.
Our high-end quality beef is high-end restaurant-grade only from Australia and is guaranteed 100% grass-fed and from cattle that have never been treated with growth hormones or antibiotics. No GMOs or chemicals are used on the pastures where the cows graze. Grazed on open green and lush pastures of Australia. 100% Australian-owned and made. If you are looking for 100% clean grass-fed and grass-finished quality beef from free-range cows that have never been treated with growth hormones or antibiotics this is what you are looking for. It does not get better than this.

Chuck Eye Steak Recipe Instructions
Defrost completely in the refrigerator overnight or in cold water for 2 hours. Once completely defrosted open the vacuum-sealed packaging and pat dry with a paper towel. Let the steak come to room temperature.
High-quality meat does not need any complicated seasoning, sauces, or marinade. Simply season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Use high-quality unsalted butter or olive oil and heat up the frypan or skillet to medium heat. You need to hear the steak sizzle.
Turn often. Add additional butter or olive oil as needed to keep the steak from becoming dry.
Take the steak off the heat once the internal temperature reaches 50 degrees Celsius (125 degrees Fahrenheit).
Allow the steak to rest on a cutting board for 5-7 minutes as it continues to cook internally on residual heat.
Cut the steak into slices against the grain as seen in the images. When you bite into the meat, the fibers will break up easily, making it easy to chew and extra juicy.
Sprinkle with sea salt flakes and enjoy while warm.
Enjoy!
