What are the best before dates?
Each product comes with its own label and expiration date. The expiration is written in Japanese: 賞味期限 (shou-mi-ki-gen) and the format is yyyy/mm/dd.

Yes, most of our products come in portion sizes and are individually vacuum packed. Please check below on the product page for more details.

We do not specifically carry or import halal or kosher products. Some items are labeled as kosher or halal by default from the country of origin.

Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

Due to production delays, it's unclear when a new delivery of this product will arrive. We thank you for your understanding.

Please note that although a temperature-controlled frozen delivery service is used, during the extreme heat of the summer months the ice cream may arrive slightly defrosted. Please place the ice cream into the freezer immediately after delivery to refreeze. Rest assured that there are no safety or quality issues. Thank you for your understanding.

Dairy-free and certified organic gelato ice made from top quality all-natural 100% certified organic ingredients only. No additives, no preservatives, no emulsifiers, simply no nasties! This strawberry Italian style gelato base is not milk but organic soymilk - which makes it 100% plant-based - the quality is so good, you won't be able to tell the difference. Gelato is the better version of classic ice cream.

Added to that are organic strawberries from Turkey - no flavors or juices are used. Only real organic strawberries. You get 6 small cups of 85ml (2.8oz) each which equals 510ml (17oz). Compared to commodity ice cream this organic gelato is extremely low in calories and fat. Also, it has zero cholesterol because no dairy is used.

We offer 4 flavors to choose from: strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, and green tea. Our favorites were strawberry and chocolate. Not sure? Try our mix set.
