Choose between 600g or 1.2kg of real Italian, top-quality mozzarella cheese balls (also referred to as cherries or cherry balls) made from 100% milk. The milk used for this cheese comes from Italian dairy cows that, according to European regulations, are not treated with growth-promoting hormones or antibiotics except for therapeutic purposes, and is made with only pasteurized cow' milk and salt, without any additives. The cheese is cellulose-free, preservative-free, sweetener-free, colorant-free, flavoring-free, and free of any food additives. One cheese ball weighs about 20g. They are preserved and frozen in water so they keep their delightfully creamy texture.
