Beetroot Soup Recipe Instructions

You can heat the soup while it is in the package. Remove the pack from the freezer and place it in a large enough pot with boiling water. Depending on the temperature it should take 10-15 min to defrost the soup.

Once defrosted, open the pack and pour the contents into an empty pot. Heat up to the boiling point and then simmer while continuously stirring. Taste the soup and slowly add sea salt and freshly ground pepper if required- be easy on the pepper. Continue until the taste of the soup is to your liking.

Enjoy as a side dish or as a main soup with toasted baguette slices.

Very delicious

Some of the best bacon I’ve had in Japan! Would happily eat again.

Translated from Japanese: I had ordered a lot the other day, so I didn't notice this arrived and forgot to take it out. I found it left behind in a cardboard box after about two days! I thought it would be okay, so I deliciously ate it at my own risk. This is our standard product now.

Translated from Japanese: I expected additive-free and salt-free, but the spices are so strong that it’s quite salty. After eating, I’m unusually thirsty. I want you to make it without spices.

Translated from Japanese: Because products that don’t use additives, growth-hormones and antibiotics are rare, I’m happy about this one. It’s safe and delicious, so my children can eat it every day.
Thank you for this.

Translated from Japanese: I was surprised when more oil came out than I expected, but it’s very delicious (о´∀`о)
My daughter wanted to try them, so I cooked the whole bag crispy for her.
From now on, when I want bacon, it’ll be this one (laugh)

Delicious without sugar

Translated from Japanese: Even if I use good pork, there aren't many sugar-free sausages, and I haven't had a chance to eat sausages these days, but I bought this because it’s good pork without sugar! It was a delicious sausage with herbs working well that made me remember a taste of eating overseas.

Finally a nice breakfast sausage in Japan

Coming from the west one tends to do without when it comes to certain traditional foods. This is the best breakfast sausage I have tasted in years. The bonus is that you can make a perfectly sized patty out of two sausages for the perfect egg and sausage sandwich.

I will be ordering again!

They’re easy to eat because they’re skinless! The herbal scent is amazing!

Translated from Japanese: They’re naturally without skin, but these are soft and easy to eat. It has just the right amount of salt and you can smell the herbs well. At times when you don’t want to eat more than two sausages, if you just cut open the package, you can conveniently separate them in their frozen state.
Without oil, I slowly cooked them with their own oils and eggs. It was extremely delicious!
I want to stock up on them in my freezer.
I need to buy a bigger freezer!!!

For oxtail soup

Translated from Japanese: I always buy it to make tail soup. Domestic Wagyu beef has a lot of oil, but this one has a moderate amount of oil and is delicious as it is without any preparation.

Translated from Japanese: I bought these to make bone broth easily and they were better than I expected.
Preparing the meat beforehand is recommended because it can be finished deliciously with salt and pepper without any odor by removing the lye only once.
It was delicious even with oatmeal and risotto.

Oxtail soup

Translated from Japanese: I order this every time. There is no smell and my whole family loves it.
It’s also excellent in nutrition, so I want to keep it on hand at all times.

Translated from Japanese: I made bone broth soup.
When it gets cold, the collagen hardens and I enjoy giving it to my dog like that or as a warm soup.

Really delicious

Translated from Japanese: I made a simple soup with green onions, radish and these oxtails.
The seasoning I used was only salt, pepper and soy sauce and when I slowly simmered it, it connected with the flavor of the vegetables and turned very delicious.
The price is high and it's a shame that we have to compromise with the price because it's grass-fed.

Very delicious.

Translated from Japanese: The meat tasted completely different from the sausages on the market and were very delicious ♪
I think the taste of the herbs used is a fit and although it’s different from what I’m used to, I personally like it.
Unlike the ones on the market, I thought that real sausages are like this, with no unpleasant taste and no strange things left in the mouth.
I would like to order again!
I also ordered wild blueberries, which were small but delicious and with a strong taste ♪

Translated from Japanese: This is my first purchase because there was no use of hormones or antibiotics, and no use sugar either. Normally, I avoid sausages with a lot of additives, but for the first time in decades, I received a safe and secure processed food. There was no strange coloring or unpleasant taste, the taste of the meat was simple. I boiled them, but the salty taste was just right.
