A clean and delicious sauce based on organic soy sauce, organic onions and organic sugar, complimented with organic grape juice for added sweetness and organic fermented rice for added umami. All ingredients are purposefully and carefully selected so that this sauce contains no chemical seasonings, yeast extracts, colorings, or other additives. Add this convenient sauce to easily prepare a dish with simmered meat, tofu and vegetables. This sauce can also be used as a base for vegetable stir-fries, or as a simple sauce for sukiyaki, beef bowls, meat, potatoes and more.
