4 packs, 150g each, of certified organic cooked brown rice with quinoa. Locally grown brown rice mixed with organically grown white quinoa, red quinoa and black quinoa from Bolivia. This rice is free of additives and preservatives and goes well with a variety of dishes. It's a healthy addition to any meal and supports macrobiotic diets, too. All this convenient rice needs is to be warmed up and it's ready. It can be stored at room temperature for a long time, so it's suitable for emergencies or for general stockpiling. Due to it's easy preparation it also makes a great companion for camping trips with the family.

Preparation Method | - Hot Water: Place the container in boiling water upside down and boil over medium heat for about 15 minutes. - Microwave: Cut open one corner or poke 5 holes into the plastic lid and heat it up. (Reference: 500W, 1 minute 30 seconds) |
