Take the meat pies straight out of the freezer and open the pack. You do not need to defrost the pies. Note that you will need an oven to bake the pies. A microwave or a toaster is not suitable. Any regular or convection oven available in Japan should be fine.
The pies are already glazed for crispy browning. All you need to do is place the meat pies in their aluminum cups as is on an oven tray.
Make sure to preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius (410 degrees Fahrenheit) before you place the meat pies inside.
Place the tray in the middle and set the timer for 30 minutes. Now every oven varies, this is why you need to check after 30 minutes to make sure you've got the right browning. It usually takes 30-40 minutes.
Take the pies out of the oven and be very careful as the filling might be extremely hot even though the pastry might have cooled down on the outside.
Remove the meat pies from their aluminum cups.
Serve while warm to the touch (not hot!) as the filling might be extremely hot. Meat pies are better eaten while warm and not oven-fresh hot.
Enjoy gourmet high-quality meat pies for the whole family.
Translated from Japanese: The filling is delicious.
I personally like the puff pastry a little more plain, so I removed one star, but I think that the fillings, such as the meat, flavor and thickness, should be 6 stars instead of 5.
These are a healthier version of the Aussie classic. They taste great & it makes all the difference knowing what’s in them. A quick easy dinner, I cook them in the microwave oven on pizza setting and it works well & serve with mash & salad. The whole family enjoys it.
Translated from Japanese: The beef inside was firm and very voluminous. It was very delicious.
Translated from Japanese: This meat pie is perfect for lunch and more.
Currently, it’s out of stock, so I’ll wait for it to come back.
Translated from Japanese: They’re usually delicious, but I didn't think they were so delicious that I wanted to order them again because the price is too much for a 10 cm diameter pie.
Even if the content is good, it’s a little too small to serve to customers (^ _ ^;)
It's like a side dish.
