High-quality, premium-grade white clover raw honey from New Zealand. The honey is made from the white clover flower which gives it a sweet and mild floral flavor with an ultra-smooth texture. Compared to the creamed version this honey has a lower viscosity and is, therefore, more on the liquid side. Liquid honey will naturally crystalize and harden, especially if kept in a cold place. This is perfectly normal and will not affect the quality or safety of the product. You can de-crystallize the honey by placing the container into a large bowl or pot and pouring hot water around it. This honey is the real deal and can be used in a large variety of ways such as a sweetener for hot drinks or a key ingredient in sauces, glazes, baked goods, oatmeal, and much more.
This raw honey does not contain any different ingredients than our creamed raw honey, so the amazing health benefits of clover honey are exactly the same - it comes down to personal preference.

At a Glance
The honey comes from a third-generation beekeeping family farm in Central Otago, deep in the South Island. The bees are only fed on nectar and honey (no sugar feeding), which ensures very healthy hives and pure honey. The wonderful natural environment, where the clover grows wild, also means the honey is very white when it is creamed.
