Delicious and safe bacon

Translated from Japanese: Until now, I was satisfied with eating non-use items such as color formers and sulfurous acid from Seikatsu Club and Toto Co-op, but I was surprised to eat this bacon. It's safe and the taste is the best I've ever had. It's not greasy and I ate it with a rye flour sandwich, but I wonder if I can eat it anymore. I will order again. It's a trial.

It was delicious!

Translated from Japanese: The color was as good as I thought it would be. I wonder if it’s because it’s salt-free? It was delicious! I will buy it every month! I want to continue to choose delicious foods that are good for my health!

It’s good it’s additive-free!

Translated from Japanese: Above all, it’s good there are no additives, because you can eat with no worries. I often use it for breakfast. I bake a little in a frying pan, take it out and fry mushrooms such as maitake mushrooms in the remaining bacon oil to make it much more delicious than just a fried egg. I’m grateful because I can’t get this in supermarkets.

Translated from Japanese: The taste is delicious. I have to eat everything at once and I think half of it is actually enough, so I wish it could be sold with half the amount.

Delicious

Translated from Japanese: I purchased it in bulk. You can easily enjoy this bacon and eat it with confidence. It’s a staple of my home.

You can make the best bone broth

Translated from Japanese: I made oxtail bone broth with the most collagen.
The meat is so beautiful that you don't even need to remove the lye, so you can quickly squeeze it in hot water.
I just simmered it with vegetables and had a delicious bone broth.
It’s one of my favorite products that I have been ordering many times.

For oxtail soup

Translated from Japanese: I always make oxtail soup out of it and it’s delicious.
There is also a moderate amount of oil and you can make it delicious enough just by boiling it.

It’s delicious

Translated from Japanese: I made tail soup for the first time! Even if you don’t wash the meat with water, the soup tastes delicious without any odor and with just a little bit of lye. If you simmer it for at least 3 hours, the meat will be tender and really delicious. I will order again.

Translated from Japanese: First, I made oxtail soup, after that I boiled the peeled meat that was in one half of the soup and made oxtail curry.
I cut off the excess fat, which was also easy to use afterwards. After thawing, a little blood came out, so once I boiled the meat, I got a gentle and delicious soup without any smell. My family loved it.
I will order again.

Increased umami?

Translated from Japanese: Previously, I boiled it with water, carefully drained everything and spilled more hot water on it. After repeating this 1 to 3 times, I made bone broth with a pressure cooker. I watched a video of a cooking researcher and changed my mind. That person put the meat in boiling water and there was only a small amount of lye on the surface, so I think the taste when made into bone broth must be strong. It also saves water… Now, I make bone broth exclusively in this way and it’s delicious.

Anyway, it’s delicious ♡

Translated from Japanese: I have been ordering it many times. I'm glad that these free-range pigs are raised in consideration of animal welfare and the meat is additive-free, sugar-free and the thickness is just right, so it’s delicious at any rate. It reminds me that properly made bacon tasted like this. I gave it to my parents and my sister and her husband couple and everyone loved it!
However, if you eat this bacon, the bacon sold to the supermarket will not be delicious anymore, even if it’s a high-end supermarket.

Additive-free, delicious

Translated from Japanese: I bought this because I wanted to eat crispy bacon. Even with that thickness, it didn't take much time to cook and it became crispy and delicious. It’s safe because it’s moderately salted and, above all, it’s additive-free.

R

Translated from Japanese: I used to buy thin sliced bacon repeatedly, but this time I bought this thick sliced type because my family requested it.
I heard that for bacon and egg the slices must be thick!! So I plan to order this again from the next time.
I’m glad to have found a safe and secure good product and that I can enjoy the taste of meat itself.
Thank you very much.

R

Translated from Japanese: The thick bacon was very delicious. The fat part that I don't usually like very much was also delicious.

Translated from Japanese: Anyway, it's delicious. I recall the taste I had in California, USA. I wish it’d be a little cheaper.

Translated from Japanese: These were delicious French fries. You can really taste the real taste of potatoes properly. It's convenient to be able to stock them because they can be easily cooked in the oven.

I just baked them in the oven, so it's easy to clean up. When I finish them, I'll order them again!

Translated from Japanese: Delicious.
I just sprinkled some olive oil and a little salt on them and coked them with a toaster.
You can eat crispy and delicious French fries.
I’m glad I can eat safe French fries when I’m craving them.

Y

Translated from Japanese: They were delicious when baked in an oven toaster while frozen. If you bake them well, they will become crispy. If you bake them lightly, they become soft.
