All-year free-range lamb slices from the very tender and well-marbled chuck. Perfectly sliced for yaki niku. The pack weighs 300g (10.5oz) and you get 20-25 slices. The thickness is 3mm. No seasoning is required. Simply sprinkle with sea salt right after you have cooked the slices on the yaki niku grill.

This lamb is from Iceland the land known for being home to both glaciers and volcanos. Icelandic lamb is a different breed and was brought into Iceland over a thousand years ago by some of the first settlers and has been protected and unmixed ever since then. Due to harsh weather conditions, Icelandic lamb can only be produced once a year. Icelandic lambs spend their entire life in absolute freedom, grazing wild grass, herbs, leaves, and other native wild nutritions found on pasture, valleys, and mountains. The very definition of free-range. The animals are gathered in late summer by local farmers and are sorted in one of the country's oldest cultural traditions called Rettir. It goes without saying that animals are never treated with antibiotics or growth hormones. The images shown are actual images of Icelandic lambs!

I want to reorder

From Iceland... can't come from a more pristine environment. Aside from enjoying my meal, it was packaged perfectly, easy to thaw and took up very little room in the freezer. I was disappointed you are sold out and I have to wait for restocking.

Translated from Japanese: I always buy grass-fed meat here. It has no odor and is very delicious. I will order again.

Translated from Japanese: I ordered lamb meat because I wanted to eat unflavored Genghis Khan. The meat was tender and insanely delicious! It's not cheap, but I will order it again if it's of this quality. My family loved it and my daughter was able to eat it, too!

Translated from Japanese: It was very delicious. I've eaten a lot of it since I was a kid.
Perhaps most people think that Genghis Khan is cooked with Japanese lamb.
I was surprised to know that it’s a foreign dish, but now I don't feel any discomfort.
Basically, is this a Genghis Khan pot now? I used an ordinary frying pan. However, it’s thick.

Translated from Japanese: It was a delicious meat that was very tender and didn't smell at all. My husband loves it, so I will order again!
