300g (10.6oz) of 100% grass-fed lamb shoulder, cut into 5mm (3/16") thick slices. Since they are cut from the shoulder, the slices are round-shaped like discs. Lamb shoulder slices are used in a dish called "Genghis Khan" which basically is Japanese BBQ (Yakiniku) - northern dishes have been taken over Japan's main island in recent years where they have been gaining rising popularity. Throw it on the frypan with high heat, cook on both sides, and season with a little salt for a quick and delicious experience.
It is no secret that Australian lamb is amongst the finest in the world. We source only the best quality available and take it one step further: all-year free-range open pasture-raised, grass-fed lambs. Free of growth-promoting hormones and subtherapeutic use of antibiotics. Sustainably farmed in Southern Australia - ample fresh water and native pastures, making it the ideal environment for grazing and farming.

Really good with ramen or with Japanese Nabe or Shabu Shabu. Very delicious and hardly any of the gamey smell.
