500g (1.1lbs) of 100% grass-fed lamb shank from Australia, chopped into slices. When cooked right, the meat falls right off the bone and the bone marrow adds a superb amount of flavor and nutrition. Not suitable for steaks, these lamb shank slices are absolutely perfect for slow-cooked dishes, like Osso Buco - where the outside is seared and they are simmered for several hours.
It is no secret that Australian lamb is amongst the finest in the world. We source only the best quality available and take it one step further: all-year free-range open pasture-raised, grass-fed lambs. Free of growth-promoting hormones and subtherapeutic use of antibiotics. Sustainably farmed in Southern Australia - ample fresh water and native pastures, making it the ideal environment for grazing and farming.

I use a slow-cooking pot which only takes a few hours to cook it. Besides vegetables and dried herbs such as Oregano and Bay leaves, adding dried split peas will enhance the UMAMI!
Translated from Japanese: I have chemical sensitivity (CS) and cannot eat cheap meat from the supermarket. The meat here is organic and the price is affordable. I stewed this shank. I used a pressure cooker, so it turned out tender and juicy. The marrow inside the bone is delicious. It doesn’t taste much like lamb. My family and I divided the quantity among the three of us and it wasn’t quite enough.
I bought 4 of these and made rendang curry. They turned out amazing! Shank meat is difficult to find elsewhere, so I'm glad to have found them here. I'll definitely be buying these again.
