Due to the ever-increasing demand for free-range pork, we have added a new ranch to our family. This product will come from either Nakano Farms or Tsukinoakari Farms. Both the weight and the high quality of the pork are the same. Please note that we are not able to support requests for specific farms. Please refer to the bottom of this page for more information about our farms.
Beautifully marbled and mesmerizing thin cuts from 100% Kurobuta pork shoulder. Kurobuta pork is juicy, well-marbled, and has a superior flavor. These slices are perfectly made for Japanese sukiyaki and shabu shabu. Each pack contains a total of 300g (10.5oz) of thinly sliced cuts to 2mm (1/16"). Recommended for special occasions only.
100% full-blooded Kurobuta pork is well-known for superior quality, juiciness, flavor, and marbling. Kurobuta is slightly darker in color and richer in flavor. The Kurobuta pigs are raised on open pasture as nature intended. The pigs are free to forage and wallow on the open pasture and are raised slowly with love and respect. Translated from Japanese: Since I usually live a beautiful life, I buy clean foods that aren’t contaminated with medicine and additives. Clean meat doesn’t have a peculiar smell, and this free-range pork is very light and delicious. As for the oil, the oil of meat that has been pickled in medicine makes me feel uncomfortable, but the oil of this free-range pork is smooth and good for beautiful skin. I’ll order it for the sake of my health and beauty again.
Translated from Japanese: This meat goes well with various hot pot dishes and will upgrade any of them.
If you put this meat that has been cooked separately in a pot that has all the ingredients other than the meat, you can eat the lean part softly and you can enjoy the fat as a pre-preparation.
The fat is sweet, doesn’t upset my stomach and I always have it around for my elderly family members because they love eating it, too.
Translated from Japanese: It tasted more like beef than pork. It seems to go well with sukiyaki. I fried it, but next time I want to try sukiyaki.
Translated from Japanese: I tried it as sukiyaki. It was a tender and delicious meat where the fat is good, too. I usually buy minced meat because it’s easy to use and I’d like to continue ordering it with the same deliciousness.
