Due to the ever-increasing demand for free-range pork, we have added a new ranch to our family. This product will come from either Nakano Farms or Tsukinoakari Farms. Both the weight and the high quality of the pork are the same. Please note that we are not able to support requests for specific farms. Please refer to the bottom of this page for more information about our farms.

All-year free-range diced pork belly from pigs raised in an open pasture environment. Each pack contains 300g (10.5oz) of pork belly cut into small pieces. Basically its just pork belly cut into smaller pieces. These cuts come from the fat-rich belly portion of the pig, but the fat is smooth-textured and sweet. They go amazing with stir fry, stews, or for popular south-east Asian cuisines such as the Taiwanese dish called roulohan (minced pork on rice). These small cut pieces are incredibly convenient as they can be cooked quickly and add a delicious flavor to any dish.

100% full-blooded Kurobuta pork is well-known for superior quality, juiciness, flavor, and marbling. Kurobuta is slightly darker in color and richer in flavor. The Kurobuta pigs are raised on open pasture as nature intended. The pigs are free to forage and wallow on the open pasture and are raised slowly with love and respect. It goes without saying that the pigs are raised without antibiotics or growth-promoting hormones.
