200g (7.05oz) of free-range ground chicken liver mince made from Certified Organic New Zealand chicken. Chicken liver is known for being highly nutritious as it's rich in protein, iron, zinc, vitamin A and more. Liver mince can be used to incorporate loads of nutrition into your meals making it great for your family and children. Liver tends to have a higher water content than other organs/meats, so you may find this to be more of a paste consistency.
This chicken mince liver is so versatile, it can easily be mixed with regular chicken mince and instantly increase the nutritional benefits of a meal without the flavor being too overbearing. For all liver lovers, this mince will save you a lot of time as it's already finely chopped and can be transformed into a delicious and clean paste in no time.
