This is a large 1/2 portion (also referred to as loin) of the whole skinless fillet of the finest Tasmanian salmon (Atlantic Salmon) with the bones removed. The fillet piece is very long - so you might need to cut it into 2-3 smaller fillet portions and cook them individually. This size of fillet easily feeds the whole family and is best recommended for sashimi or sushi - yes you can eat our salmon raw. The skin and the bones have been completely removed, so you have a clean piece of the finest fillet loin only. Other than sashimi or sushi, this piece is recommended for cooking in the oven or for steam cooking by wrapping the individual pieces in aluminum foil together with vegetables and olive oil.

Translated from Japanese: Until now, I didn't like salmon because I didn't like the bad smell that remained in my mouth, but this salmon is different!
It’s not greasy and has no unpleasant odor.
The fishing method is also wonderful and you can safely feed your family.
This salmon is very helpful for my elderly cat, who has recently become thin and worried me with its weightloss.
It’s a product that I want to keep on hand in the future.
