ASC Certified Atlantic Salmon Sashimi-Grade Fillet from Norway (1kg)

Horizon Farms

This is one closely trimmed, whole skinless fillet of ASC-certified salmon (Atlantic Salmon) with the bones removed, you get at least 1kg (2.2 lbs). The whole fillet is very large in size - so you might need to cut the fillet into smaller portions and cook them individually. If you have a large grill or smoker, this magnificent piece might fit as a whole. This size of fillet easily feeds the whole family including the in-laws. Read all the details about our salmon below:

Responsibly raised in the cold and fresh open waters of northern Norway, close to Tromsø. (Conventional Norwegian salmon is usually farmed in the southern regions of Norway). Only 20% of Norwegian salmon get the ASC responsibly farmed approval which certifies that the salmon was farmed in a way that minimizes or eliminates the social and environmental impact of aquaculture farming. Never have the salmons been treated with antibiotics or growth hormones - which is very common in salmon farming due to inadequate farming practices. This salmon is grown slow and natural, on average 100 days longer than commodity salmon! Taste the difference.
