We use the lean rump part of the pork and natural spices only, minimally processed, without the use of hormones, subtherapeutic antibiotics, preservatives, additives, gluten, lactose, MSG, fillers, enhancers, sugar, nitrates or any artificial ingredients or nasties, just family farm produced, ethically raised pork and top quality natural spices.
Use sausage meat to make your own skinless breakfast sausages, meat balls, sausage patties for burgers etc.
