The skirt steak is sometimes called a Philadelphia Steak and is one of the many underrated steaks. It has a lot of marbling and boasts deep, rich, beefy flavor. 

1 Morgan Ranch Sirloin Steak 180g (6.7oz.)

Not to be mistaken with the striploin steak. The cut is also known as rump steak. One of the leanest of Morgan Ranch's steaks cuts. The sirloin steak has an intense beefy flavor.

1 Morgan Ranch Tri-Tip Steak 180g (6oz.)

Not as tender as the filet mignon, ribeye or the strip loin steaks but more than any other sirloin cut, it has the most intense marbling and flavor. You'll be pleasantly surprised with the rich beef flavor and fairly tender texture.

1 Morgan Ranch Flap Meat Steak 180g (6oz.)

Comes right from the bottom sirloin and is very coarse grained and therefore full of flavor and juiciness. It is very similar to the hanger and the skirt steak.

1 Morgan Ranch Flat Iron Steak 190g (6.7oz.)

The cut is also known as top blade steak or "misuji" steak in Japan. This cut has been enjoying ever-increasing popularity in the recent years.

Details

The Morgans control all stages of production themselves: rearing, calving, selection and classification, feeding, transport, supervision of harvesting and meat production, packaging, shipping and export to Japan. This way the Morgans make sure that their meat is always of the highest quality. Before export, the beef matures for 30 days and is then flash frozen to protect the aroma.
