Overnight Shipping and Next-Day Delivery
Orders placed by 15:00 on any weekday are dispatched the same day via overnight express for delivery on the next day*. Optionally you can choose a delivery date during checkout.
Packaging and Temperature Control
Your order is shipped fully temperature controlled all the way until your door. Our delivery partners are Yamato and Sagawa. We care about the environment. All shipping material and boxes are recycled paper only. We don't use any plastic or Styrofoam packing material.
Product Shipping Types
We offer three types of products - Frozen, Chilled and Dry.
Frozen items will always be shipped frozen, chilled items will always be shipped chilled, and dry items will be shipped either dry or chilled depending on your order. Please refer to the table below for the combination scenarios.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Separate delivery fees will apply for each product type in your order (please note that dry will be combined with chilled when applicable). Delivery fees will be calculated automatically and added together if applicable during checkout. All product types are eligible for free shipping based on that type's total in your cart. Please refer to the table below for detailed information on amounts and conditions.

We cannot accept requests to combine frozen and other product types.

※ As indicated in the table, Okinawa and Hokkaido deliveries are not eligible for free shipping, rather the fee will be discounted by 50%.
Effective June 1st, 2023, Yamato and Sagawa, our delivery couriers, may directly charge customers for incomplete, wrong, or changed addresses. These additional fees are beyond our control. We will minimize such charges by verifying addresses before dispatching orders.
If delivery addresses are incomplete or incorrect, we will hold orders and contact you for the correct information before dispatching. Thank you for your understanding.

(*1) - "Bank transfer," "cash on delivery," and "delivery scheduling" are not supported for a small selection of products due to specific conditions. For these items, there is a note at the top of the product page in orange. If you place an order containing such products, using "Bank Transfer" or "Cash on Delivery" as the payment method, those products or your entire order may be cancelled. Additionally, any selected delivery dates and timeframes during checkout will not be applied to these products. We appreciate your understanding.
