Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in its own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in its packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

Beef tails (also referred to as oxtails) are highly rich in flavor and loaded with connective tissues that dissolve into gelatin giving any soup a rich and thick texture. Use oxtail for braising or soup making and taste the difference and quality that will impress you and your family. One pack weighs at least 500g and comes packed with various sized tail cuts.

Because there is only one tail per cow, tails of beef are difficult to source in larger quantities from one farm only. We import these tail cuts directly from Australia and our beef tails are a collection of our brands from Australian grass-fed, free-range beef. Mostly from Southern Australia and Tasmania. We guarantee that all cattle are grass-fed, pasture-raised, and have never been given growth hormones or antibiotics.
