I bought both types, with and without Collagen. I read that Beef Bone Broth is good for joints. My plan is to drink a cup of it every morning instead of coffee. Coffee will have to wait till later in the day. (By the way, when diluting with water I may also add some tomatoe puree or paste and cook it a bit.)

I made my first Beef Stew Soup. The most delicious thing I have ever prepared (I am a beginner cook). I put have of it in the fridge and half of it in the freezer. I put into a Dutch Oven carrots, cellory, onion, garlic, mushrooms, herbs, salt, pepper and tomatoes, and LOTS of beef broth and some cut spinach at the end. Cooked for an Hour and a Half.
