Much like pork belly, beef belly is prized for its rich, flavorful fat, which gradually melts into the broth as the meat becomes wonderfully tender. For a quicker meal, a pressure cooker can achieve fall-apart tenderness in about 20 minutes at high pressure. These versatile beef cubes can also be cooked in a frying pan for a delicious alternative.
Our grass-fed beef comes from New Zealand or Australia, where cattle roam freely on spacious pastures and graze on grass. They are raised without growth hormones or antibiotics, and the grass they eat is non-GMO and grown without chemical pesticides or other agricultural chemicals.
