Sales Quantity Limited Quantity Items
To ensure stable supply, purchase quantities may be limited for certain products. Any applicable limits will be clearly noted on the product page.

Out-of-Stock Items
While we take great care in managing our inventory, some items may be unavailable depending on the timing of your order. If an item is found to be out of stock, you may input your email address on that product's page to be notified when it is restocked.
Additional Fees

Shipping
・If your order requires multiple shipments due to different temperature requirements, shipping fees will apply to each shipment.
・We offer free shipping based on your purchase amount. However, for deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa, remote area surcharges apply, and free shipping is not available. Instead, shipping fees may be discounted by 50%.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee 
If you choose Cash on Delivery, a COD handling fee of 400 yen will be charged upon delivery. The COD fee is waived for orders totaling 15,000 yen or more. If a coupon is used, the COD fee is calculated based on the discounted order total.

Bank Transfer Fee
Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Timing Once payment has been confirmed, orders will be shipped within 3 business days if no preferred delivery date is specified.

※Please note that delays may occur due to stock availability, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond the control of our delivery partners or our company. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
Damaged Goods Any damaged product will be refunded or replaced. In such instances, return shipping costs will be covered by Horizon Farms.
Cancellations, returns, replacements Prior to shipment, you may cancel an order by contacting us via our inquiry form or by email. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations.

If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, extended absence, or an incorrect address, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
