You get 4-5 boneless chicken thighs in a convenient 500g vacuum pack. The chicken is naturally slow grown and therefore the meat is much healthier, better formed, tastier, and juicier than commodity chicken. 

Chicken thigh meat is darker and has more flavor and is juicer compared to chicken breast. Japanese kara-age (fried chicken) is made from thigh meat. Use them with or without the skin. Skinless has proven to be a healthier option. Use the chicken thigh for slow cooking, baking, bbq, and grilling. You can also bread and deep fry them. We love to marinate the chicken thighs with sea salt, black pepper, paprika powder, lemon juice, garlic powder or crushed garlic and olive oil. Frypan and serve with rice and mixed veggies.

Truly different

We bought 10 of these for our garden party last week and each and every person was truly amazed by the quality and the taste. Our chef cooked them to medium and we used your Italian salt. Almost too good to give them to the kids!! We grilled the burgers for them anywy - they were exceptional as well - bravo! My family and I appreciate your business and are very happy to have found healthy and safe meat in Japan. I'd recommend adding more brochures so we can hand them out.
