You get 5 delicious raw free-range chicken sausages. Probably the only free-range chicken sausage in Japan. All-natural. Free of any preservatives, sugar, additives, or nasties. The sausages weigh about 58g (2oz.) each and are spiced with sea salt, tarragon (a herb that has a slightly bittersweet flavor and an aroma similar to anise), organic herbs and spices only. The chicken used is naturally slow grown and therefore the meat is much healthier, better formed, tastier, and juicier than commodity chicken. These sausages are great for any occasion, even for breakfast. The casing used is natural. All gluten-free. Please cook thoroughly.
