You get three 100g (3.5oz) packs of ground beef solely made from the freshly imported chuck and rump of beef - which are parts usually reserved for roasts or even steaks. Each pack contains 100g. We do not use trimmings or add fat nor do we mix it with pork meat. This is an exceptional quality of ground beef. This ground beef comes at an 80/20 red meat to fat ratio. Probably the cleanest and highest quality of grass-fed available on the market.

This beef comes from farms in New Zealand and Australia that never treat their cattle with growth hormones or antibiotics. No GMOs or chemicals are used on the pastures where the cows graze.
