Offered in a convenient 250g (8.8oz.) pack, this carefully grown organic celery from Belgium has been washed, cut up, and individually quick-frozen (IQF) shortly after harvest to help preserve its natural flavor and crisp texture. No preservatives, artificial seasonings, or other food additives are used. For best results, cook directly from frozen, as thawing beforehand may cause the celery to lose moisture.

Celery is a versatile aromatic vegetable often used in soups, stews, and other savory dishes to enhance flavor and add texture. It is also traditionally used in consommé and French-style cooking, where it helps add depth and balance to the overall taste, especially in richer or meatier dishes.
