You get 300g (10.5oz) of finely trimmed boneless short rib slices. The short rib slices are very popular in Japan and can be found on high-end Yakiniku menus under "Sankaku Bara" or "Jo Karubi" - the short rib sits right under the rib eye and is extremely well-marbled and rich in flavor. These slices are quite largely cut and can be minute mini steaks as well. You can either enjoy them Yakiniku style, as a healthy steak salad or as steak bowls. We recommend cooking these slices to medium rare for optimal tenderness, juiciness, and flavor. Simply sprinkle with high-quality sea salt.
Grass-fed, grain-finished beef from New Zealand. The cows are raised in a free-range, stress-free environment with plenty of green grass. They are fed the finest selection of local GMO-free grains for 130 days prior to harvest which gives the beef a rich flavor and deep marbling.
