Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

300g (10.5oz) of high-quality teres major beef slices, also known as shoulder tender or petite tender, a very rare cut from the chuck of grass-fed New Zealand beef. This secret favorite is very lean yet extremely tender with an incredibly rich flavor and texture profile. These come pre-sliced for quick and easy use in Japanese-style dishes like Yakiniku, make sure to oil the grill first to prevent the lean slices to stick to the grill.

Our New Zealand beef is sourced from Silver Fern Farms, New Zealand, and is 100% free of antibiotics, growth hormones, and GMOs. The cows have been raised with the ability to graze freely as nature intended, reducing stress for optimal animal welfare. Delicious!

These are so easy and fast to cook, I used the skillet and ghee, they taste delicious and were tender. We ate them with sourdough and horizon organic grass fed butter. So healthy and such excellent quality meat. It’s a repeat order.

Petite tender slices

These were tasty and at 300 gm more than enough for the two of us. I would only say they could have been even more thinly sliced as the thicker slices made them just a bit too chewy (personal opinion, of course).
