Not your typical Wagyu. Introducing ethically raised and locally sourced pure Japanese Wagyu beef from Iwate Prefecture. Each pack contains one 100g (3.5oz.) hamburger-shaped Wagyu beef patty with a well-balanced 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio. These beef cattle spend their first 10 months grazing on lush green grass in open pastures with their mothers before moving to spacious barns, where they remain free to roam during the 18-month fattening period. Breeding cows continue to live on pasture for their entire lives. The cattle are humanely raised and treated with respect, without growth-promoting hormones, preventative antibiotics, or GMO feed. High-quality lean meat gives the burger rich beefy flavor, while premium Wagyu fat keeps it juicy.
This ground beef is 100% beef, with absolutely no pork meat, pork fat, additives, spices or sugar. We recommend reshaping the patty with your hands after defrosting it if needed so that it doesn't fall apart during flipping. If you're looking for clean, premium Wagyu beef, look no further.

Beef Burger Recipe Instructions
Defrost the burger in the fridge overnight or in cold water for at least 2 hours.

Only high-quality beef is used, so there is no need to season with spices or mix with pork meat. All you need is freshly ground pepper and sea salt. We'll cook two at once in this recipe.

Set the fry-pan to medium heat. Make sure to flip the burgers often so they cook evenly. Slightly press the burgers with a spatula during cooking to speed up the cooking process.

You know the burger is done when there is no pink juice running out when you press the burger slightly. You can enjoy the burger medium-rare. There is no safety concern.

Allow the burgers to rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes. Use high-quality natural buns.

A high-quality gourmet burger does not need heavy seasoning or sauces. We use freshly cut tomatoes and quality pickles.

Enjoy the finest, safest, and highest quality burgers, right at home with your family in Japan.
