Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

The milk used for this cheese comes from Italian dairy cows that, according to European regulations, are not treated with growth-promoting hormones or antibiotics except for therapeutic purpoases, and is made with only pasteurized cow' milk and salt, without any additives. The cheese is cellulose-free, preservative-free, sweetener-free, colorant-free, flavoring-free, and free of any food additives.

These come individually quick frozen (IQF) for convenience so you never have to worry about the expiration date again. Simply use the number of slices you need - whenever you want. A slice takes about 15 minutes to defrost on the countertop. One slice is 5mm (3/16") in thickness and 7cm (2.8")

Best suited for panini sandwiches or pizza making. The rennet used does not derive from animals and, therefore, this mozzarella cheese is suitable for vegetarians.
