Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

Real mozzarella cheese from Italy, soft in texture and milky in taste. Individually quick frozen for freshness and extended shelf life. Packed in very convenient portions of 100g (3.52oz) - you get 3 packs. This cheese is made from 100% Italian dairy milk. The rennet used does not derive from animals and, therefore, this mozzarella cheese is suitable for vegetarians. The milk used for this cheese comes from Italian dairy cows that are not treated with growth-promoting hormones or antibiotics except for therapeutic purposes, and is made with only pasteurized cow' milk and salt, without any additives. The cows are fed with 100% non-GMO feed. The cheese is cellulose-free, preservative-free, sweetener-free, colorant-free, flavoring-free, and free of any food additives.

The mozzarella ball is frozen in water to maintain the freshness of the cheese. When defrosting the pack in the fridge, make sure you place the package in a bowl or tray. Once defrosted open the package and allow the water to drain. Enjoy mozzarella with sea salt, a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper, high-quality olive oil, and fresh tomato slices. The serving images show the volume of 3 packs.

Love this mozzarella. So convenient having it in the freezer. I defrost in water then add it to pasta or home made pizza. Amazing texture and flavour.
