1kg (2.2lbs) bag of JAS certified organic, naturally farmed fresh frozen french fries from Belgium, the birthplace of french fries. No use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. GMO-free. Straight cut to 12mm (7/16"). These potatoes are pre-fried in organic sunflower oil and only require a few minutes in hot oil or oven until crispy brown. For best and tastiest results we recommend cooking in sunflower oil and sprinkle with our high-quality Maldon Sea Salt.
Grown in soil that has been free of pesticides for at least 3 years prior to cultivation, and without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers during cultivation. Additionally, the storage, processing, and distribution of all raw materials and harvested products are strictly controlled to prevent contamination with outside pesticides and genetically modified organisms.
This product is certified Japan Agricultural Standard Organic (JAS) - both in the country of origin and Japan. Japan has one of the world's strictest organic certification standards. But what does certified organic mean when it comes to fruits and vegetables?
✔ Free of harmful synthetic chemical inputs such as fertilizer, pesticides or any food additives.
✔ Free of genetically modified seeds (non-GMO)
✔ The farmland and soil in use are free of any chemical treatments.
✔ Organic produce is heavily regulated. Producers and importers are checked and inspected by governmental bodies or certified third parties. Organic certification requires detailed bookkeeping and documentation for 100% tracability. "Certified organic" is a protected word and the use is legally restricted.
✔ Organic farming is a more sustainable when it comes to holistic food production. The lack of harmful pesticides is better for the environment.
✔ Organic produce comes mostly from family-owned farms that own smaller acres of organic land.
It is also important to mention that organic produce is more cost-intensive. Organic farming has lower yields compared to conventional farming and is oftentimes more labor-intensive as well. Additionally, organic certification and auditions require annual fees for producers, exporters, and importers resulting in higher prices for the end consumers.

Translated from Japanese: I was really looking forward to them because they’re my favorite fries.
Organic fries are rare and therefore precious.
They’re a little expensive, but delicious.
They will probably be gone in no time.
Translated from Japanese: They’re really delicious. My whole family loves it. It’s easy to cook in the oven. I spread butter on the fries in a pan before putting them in the oven. I will order again when I run out.
Translated from Japanese: Delicious!!! On some days my kids love them so much that they eat them twice.
Translated from Japanese: When I bought them for the first time last time, I was wondering if they were a little large, but they were delicious and I finished them quickly. This time for the second purchase, I finished almost half of them at once! They were also popular at my house party and I want to keep them in the freezer.
Translated from Japanese: Before I bought my favorite blueberry, I bought this one that has a lower price to give it a try. I found this product while looking for blueberries and raspberries to put in plain yogurt. The thick skin has a strong flavor, but the sweet and sour taste of the flesh and the large size complement the plain yogurt. It’s quite difficult to buy frozen foods overseas with a peace of mind, but I bought it here as a trial because they seem to handle them professionally. I will order another product immediately. I've been looking at this product for hours with the intention of trying out a series of products.
