As coconut oil has a melting point of around 20–25°C, its state may change between solid and liquid. This is natural and does not affect the quality or safety of the product. Please note that when shipped with chilled products, the oil will arrive in a solid state, while with dry delivery, it may arrive in either a liquid or solid state.
Australia certified organic coconut oil from Sri Lanka in a 300g (10.5oz) jar. This high-quality raw coconut oil is made from the white flesh of organic coconuts that are carefully cultivated without any chemical pesticides or fertilizers. By using a cold-press method, the all-natural nutrients, aroma, and flavor of the coconut are preserved.
Coconut oil is composed of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), a type of fat that is less likely to be stored in the body compared to long-chain triglycerides (LCTs) found in most other oils. This makes it a healthier choice, especially popular among those on a diet or focused on body composition. Its properties remain stable even when heated, making it versatile for a wide range of dishes. The recommended daily amount is about one tablespoon (15g). Enjoy on toast, use for sauteed vegetables and stir-fries, or combine it with grass-fed butter to make "bulletproof coffee." Coconut oil doesn't contain the rich sweetness of other coconut products, but does have an enjoyably fragrant coconut aroma.
