You get a 300g (10.6oz.) pack of the finest ground beef. 100% from the sirloin, aka. rump. A cut usually reserved for roasts or even steaks. This ground beef is on the lean side at a 80/20 meat to fat ratio. We never add fat or pork nor do we use trimmings. You'll notice there are no gristles or chunks of fat. We use directly imported chilled meat that has never been frozen before! Processing and shock-freezing take place locally in Japan. This way we ensure the best quality and 100% traceability. Extremely clean and tender ground beef like you have probably never tasted it before. This is so good, on some lazy Sundays we simply add sea salt, freshly ground pepper, ground cumin, and then stir-fry without adding oil and use the mix as a topping on toasted baguettes - 5-star cuisine at home. Please note that the color is darker than what you are used to seeing in the supermarkets due to the vacuum pack and the nature of the rump cut.
