What are the best before dates?
Each product comes with its own label and expiration date. The expiration is written in Japanese: 賞味期限 (shou-mi-ki-gen) and the format is yyyy/mm/dd.

Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

1 liter of certified organic, 100% straight unfiltered apple juice.  Contains a blend of several types of delicious and organic apples. This juice has a cloudy apple color, with an incredibly natural sweet and delicious flavor. Contains just a tiny bit of the pulp, giving it a thicker and delightful texture. 

The organic apples used in this juice are squeezed fresh in Turkey, sterilized, and immediately flash frozen. The juice is then bottled at a JAS (Japanese certified organic) organic factory here in Japan, so it doesn't lose an ounce of its freshness or flavor. Absolutely no artificial flavors, sweetness, preservatives, colors, or any other additives. The juice isn't concentrated, rather it is just the juice straight from the fruit - meaning you can taste the pure natural flavor of the fruit.

Translated from Japanese: Straight apple juice, slightly brownish in color.
The taste is straight and strong.
It may be the difference between Japanese apples and other types of apples, but it doesn’t taste refreshing after drinking, and I think it has a sweet aftertaste!
My elementary school children said it was sweet and drank it little by little.
